Cancellation Policy

Wine Tour & Transportation Policy Chelan Lakehouse Services By booking with Chelan Lakehouse Services, you agree to the following policies: Booking & Payment A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due prior to your scheduled service. Bookings are confirmed only once payment terms are met. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made 14+ days in advance will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations within 7–14 days may receive a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability. Guest Conduct & Alcohol Policy We promote a fun, safe experience. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees. Transportation Guidelines Please be ready at your scheduled pickup time. Delays may reduce your reserved service time. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or winery operations, but will do our best to adjust schedules when possible. Winery Visits & Itineraries We recommend advance reservations at wineries. We are happy to assist with itinerary planning, but availability and policies of third-party wineries are outside of our control. Weather & Safety Services may be modified or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or road conditions. Safety is our top priority, especially for lake and remote area transportation. Liability Chelan Lakehouse Services is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your experience, except where required by law. Guests participate at their own risk. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
